missingWrote a review on Nov 23friendliness staffeffortful servicepool cleanlinesspoor maintenanceuncleanliness
The stay was quite disappointing due to the overall condition of the hotel. The rooms were in poor shape with stained sheets and outdated furnishings. The staff at the front desk were friendly and tried their best to help, but the cleanliness issues and lack of proper maintenance made it hard to enjoy the stay. The surrounding area felt unsafe and unattractive. It was hard to overlook the experience, especially when expecting a comfortable place to stay after a long day.

I appreciated the friendly staff at check-in. they were efficient and welcoming. The room was fairly clean and had comfortable beds. The pool area looked well maintained, and I enjoyed a relaxing time there. However, the hallways were another story. Carpets were very dirty and had a lot of animal hair, which was off-putting. The noise from slamming doors echoed throughout the night, making it hard to sleep, especially since the heavy room doors didn’t have padding. My room had a few cleanliness issues, and I noticed the air conditioner had exposed wires, which made me concerned about safety. Breakfast could definitely improve. Options were limited, with only biscuits and cold gravy available. Overall, I experienced a mix of comfort with a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that need addressing.

Room was clean and comfortable. I did find a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the location felt unsafe at night due to people outside the hotel.

Chill vibes, but could use sprucing up
Stayed for a night with the fam. The staff here were super friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. Room was decent, but man, it felt kinda old and worn out. Breakfast was a highlight, real eggs and a nice spread with a cheerful host made mornings better. Just wish the place didn’t scream ‘been here for a while. ’

Not quite what I expected
The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service, making check-in smooth. I appreciated the comfortable bed for a restful night, even if the exterior seemed a bit tired.
However, access to the hotel was a challenge. I struggled with poor internet connection and unclean ice machines, which dampened the experience a bit.
